  • Adaptive Battery Management: Automatically optimizes the charging cycle based on how the battery is used. If only shallow discharges occur, the absorption time is shortened to prevent overcharging. After a deep discharge, absorption time is increased to ensure full recovery.
  • Built-In Bluetooth Smart: Wirelessly configure, monitor, control, update, and program your charger using the VictronConnect app on a mobile phone or tablet.
  • VE.Smart Wireless Networking: Wirelessly pair with other Smart IP43 Chargers for synchronized charging to improve efficiency and prolong battery life. Can also receive real-time voltage, current, and temperature sense data from a compatible battery monitor (such as a Smart Battery Sense or SmartShunt) to optimize charging accuracy.
  • VE.Direct Wired Interface: Fully integrates with GX monitoring devices (like the Cerbo GX) for local system monitoring and remote access via the Victron Remote Monitoring (VRM) portal.
  • BatterySafe Mode: Limits the rate of voltage increase once the gassing voltage is reached (between 14.4V and 15.0V) to prevent damage from excessive gassing.
  • Automatic Storage Mode: Reduces float voltage to 13.2V if the battery is not discharged for 24 hours to minimize gassing and corrosion. Once a week, it temporarily raises the voltage back to absorption level to equalize the battery and prevent sulphation.
