The 4 Aluminium Alloy Solar Panel Brackets provide a straightforward yet robust solution for mounting rigid framed solar panels to flat surfaces, whether it's a roof, vehicle top or marine deck. Crafted from aluminium alloy for long-term durability, each kit includes four brackets plus the full complement of bolts, nuts and washers: 4 × 20 mm M8 bolts, 8 × 30 mm M8 bolts, 12 M8 nuts, 12 plain washers and 12 spring washers.

The specially designed bracket profile, combined with double bolts at the base, helps prevent rotation or loosening over time — ensuring your solar panel remains securely fixed in changing conditions.

Installation is simple: first attach the short (20 mm) M8 bolts to the solar panel via the brackets, then fix the panel-plus-brackets assembly to the flat surface using the longer (30 mm) bolts.

Please Note:

  • The included bolts are suitable for solar panels with a depth of 30mm or greater and mounting holes with a diameter of 8mm or greater. For panels with different specifications, users can easily source alternative bolts or shorten the ones provided with the brackets.

  • Minimum Panel Size: These brackets are not suitable for Photonic Universe solar panels smaller than 40W.
